Due to our continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to continue to build on our twenty plus years of success. Self-initiative, an excellent work ethic, and a desire to learn and grow are essential for this high energy position. If you are done with the rest, come and work with the best!

Arrow Glass & Mirror’s Project Managers are responsible for:

  • Delivering completed projects on our customers schedule
  • Project profitability
  • Scheduling, shop drawings and submittals
  • Relationship management
  • Change order management
  • Managing projects from start to finish

The ideal person for the position will:

  • Grasp the challenges associated with the fast paced construction and renovation of commercial projects
  • Be able to communicate complex and difficult issues
  • Enjoy dealing with clients and solving their problems
  • Know how to maximize value while minimizing cost
  • Be willing to roll up their sleeves to make a measurable difference in our can-do environment
  • Have 5-10 years Glazing industry experience as a Project Manager
  • Oh… and you must like a fun and cooperative environment and team

The position is full time and offers competitive pay, health, dental, vision and life insurance, 401K with company matching, holidays and paid vacation. To apply for this position you must be able to pass a drug screen, background check and have a clean driving record.

***This is not an entry level position. You must have at least 5 years of experience managing projects in the commercial glazing industry***

Self-initiative, an excellent work ethic, and a desire to learn and grow are essential for this high energy position. If you are done with the rest, come and work with the best!

Summary:  Analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals, etc. to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for incoming price requests. You must have at least 5 years of experience estimating projects in the commercial glazing industry.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly reviews data to determine both material and labor requirements
  • Communicates with clients to obtain support and agreement to the cost estimates
  • Assures our company can perform specified jobs by evaluating job information
  • Become proficient in all company provided computer software
  • Identifies cost trends to assist management in cost reduction and process improvement efforts.
  • Identify and report significant errors and/or omissions in cost or material counts as soon as becoming aware of the problem
  • Assists in review of completed jobs for future estimates
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
